Rent vs Lease Rental: Which Coffee Machine Agreement Is Right for You?
Understand the difference between no-contract Rent (South Wales, UK only) and Lease Rental (available anywhere in the UK) — coverage, commitment, servicing and which fits your business.
The short answer
Perormo offers two ways to put a commercial coffee machine in your business without buying outright. Rent is a flexible, no-contract monthly arrangement available in South Wales, UK only — ideal for short-term needs or businesses that want maximum flexibility. Lease Rental is a fixed-term agreement available anywhere in the UK — ideal for businesses that want a predictable monthly cost over 3–5 years with service included.
Rent — South Wales, UK only
Our Rent option is a no-contract, rolling monthly agreement covering machine, installation, servicing and engineer call-outs. Because it relies on our own engineers being able to reach you quickly, it is currently available in South Wales, UK only. You can cancel or swap the machine with short notice, making it perfect for pop-ups, seasonal venues, trial periods or offices that want to avoid long-term commitments.
Lease Rental — anywhere in the UK
Lease Rental is a fixed-term finance agreement (typically 3 to 5 years) available anywhere in the UK. You get a brand-new machine with servicing bundled in, a predictable monthly cost that is fully tax-deductible as an operating expense, and no large upfront capital outlay. At the end of the term you can upgrade, extend or return the machine.
